Notes regarding our "Adult" category:
We accept sites which deal with adult topics, as listed below, but if your website contains explicit nudity, or nudity makes up a significant proportion of your content then you should try our sister banner exchange instead.
Our Adult Category accepts:
Occasional photos or drawings of naked people providing the genitals are covered or obscured from view.
Adult cartoons or comic strips (providing they don't get too explicit).
Open or frank writing or discussion about sexual matters.
Rude or saucy jokes or other adult oriented humour.
Everything else, provided it is suitable for a family audience, is accepted in any of our categories.
If in doubt then feel free to ask us!
Acceptance of websites into the exchange(s) is entirely at our discretion. If we deem a site to be not in keeping with the rules, style or character of the exchange then we reserve the right to remove that site at any time.
Sites must maintain a banner/button of the appropriate size:
For banners that is a width of 468 pixels and a depth of 60 pixels. For buttons that is a width of 120 pixels and a depth of 60 pixels. Banners/buttons are served from your webspace. Banners may be smaller than the prescribed size but must not be larger.
Position(s) of banner/button code must be suitable:
Banners/buttons should be placed in an area of a main page of the site where they will be seen by visitors. They should not be shown in a list of other banners/buttons although sharing an area with 2 or 3 others is permitted. Although we do perform frequent random checks of banner/button positioning we also measure your site's overall performance by comparing impressions to clicks. If a site's click rate falls below 0.5% (ie 5 clicks for every 1000 impressions) then your account may be suspended. We normally contact the webmaster prior to this happening.
Artificially inflating impression counts of our banners on your website is NOT permitted:
This includes auto-updating pages and spawning sub-pages (popups/popunders etc) containing our banner code. Infringing this rule will lead to an immediate suspension of your account.

By joining either of our exchanges you agree to abide by the above rules and not to attempt to cheat the system. Cheaters and abusers will be suspended or have their accounts terminated (forfeiting any accrued/purchased credits).
Acceptance into the exchange(s):
Acceptance of websites into the exchange(s) is entirely at our discretion. If your website complies with the above rules then the chances are that it will be accepted without hesitation. If there are any discrepencies then we may contact you for further clarification prior to making any decision.
Banner/button credits accrued prior to acceptance will not convert to impressions until your website and banner(s)/button(s) are accepted.
After acceptance we reserve the right to remove your website from the exchange at any time if the content/presentation/ name of your website change as to in anyway infringe the rules of the exchange.
Leaving the exchange(s):
You may at any time leave the exchange(s). Simply remove our banner/button code from your website(s) and send us an e-mail and we will delete you account. You are not obligated to remain a member under any circumstances.
Rule infringements by other members:
If at any time you feel that one of the other members of the exchange(s) is infringing the rules of the exchange then please let us know immediately. Although their infringement will be discovered by our checks it may be hours/days before this happens.
